Unlimited Wash Club

By signing up for one of our unlimited wash programs, the customer authorizes Folsom Glenn Car Wash to charge their credit card on file the club price specified on a recurring monthly basis, starting on the date of sign up. This membership will renew each month thereafter, until it it cancelled by either Folsom Glenn Car Wash or by the membership holder.  Customers must request cancellation at least 7 days prior to their renewal date to ensure they are not billed for the next monthly term

 

Folsom Glenn may choose to alter or no longer provide the plan. Folsom Glenn will notify any changes to plans by posting notices on site at least 30 days in advance.  The individual membership plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. By signing up for this program the customer understands that circumstances may affect the ability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather.

If an Unlimited Wash Club Membership has been redeemed for washes during a billing cycle, it is not eligible to be considered for a refund. For any Unlimited Wash Club Membership, at the point of sale, any new customer is required to sign the Terms of Service card before the account is activated.

When you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club ("UWC") membership, we may require certain personal information, such as your name, license plate number, mobile phone number, payment details, mailing address, and email address. This information will be stored as a profile associated with your UWC membership. If you contact us regarding your UWC membership, any information provided or recorded will be logged within your profile and may automatically update old records saved by our agents.

Single Car Wash

Folsom Glenn Car Wash & Auto Lube does not refund any single wash transaction if the vehicle receives a wash, however, will gladly rewash any unsatisfactory vehicle before leaving the location free of charge. Once a vehicle leaves the site, it is at the discretion of Management to allow a rewash.

Unlimited Wash Club Terms of Service

When you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club (“UWC”) membership from Folsom Glenn Car Wash & Auto Lube or any related entities, we may require certain personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, payment details, mailing address, and email address. This information will be stored as a profile associated with your UWC membership. If you contact us regarding your UWC
membership, any information provided or recorded will be logged within your profile and may automatically update old records saved by our agents. When part of a membership, your vehicle license plate number will be used to identify your vehicle. We collect all visit history information anytime services are redeemed. This license plate number is used to allow our company to provide services to you and may be customized to your service history and may trigger automated marketing communications.

We will bill you in advance for your membership. Your membership will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your membership unless and until you cancel your membership, or your account is otherwise suspended or terminated pursuant to these Terms. We reserve the right to change the terms of your membership, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change. We will give you advance notice of these changes, but we will not be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes.

Payment Terms and Conditions

This membership is a monthly automatic charge on the numerical date in which the membership was signed up.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership you must give at least 7 days prior notice to Folsom Glenn Car Wash & Auto Lube. Cancellation requests must be submitted online or visit the car wash physical location. In the event changes are made to the membership after the billing date, there will be no refunds for partial months or non-usage of an Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club customer must contact the Folsom Glenn to give notification when any contact or billing info changes, including but not limited to change
of address, license plate number, email or credit card information.

Pricing and Taxes

Membership plan pricing is based on the location where purchased. A membership plan purchased through the our website will be priced according to the city and state entered at the time of purchase. Your membership plan may be subject to taxes, which will be calculated at the rate applicable to the location either where the plan was purchased, where a discount code was redeemed, or where our services are consistently being used. Any applicable taxes will be automatically charged to or debited from your payment method on a monthly basis. The UWC Membership plan pricing does not include applicable taxes and where applicable taxes are required, they will be added on to the pricing of the membership.

In the event our car wash is unable to charge a customer's credit card, due to card expiration or change of information, the customer's account will be automatically deactivated after the daily attempt to charge for up to 14 days.
Upon signup, you may be asked to provide personal identifiable information such as phone, email, license plate number, full name, and address in addition to vehicle descriptions. This information allows us to properly administer services and will be used according to our Wash Club Membership.

 

By using our membership services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and our general Terms of Use. Unlimited Wash Club accounts may be managed online at folsomcarwash.com. Members may request to discontinue, pause, change plans or update the payment card on file. Additionally, members can visit the car wash physical location for any of the above requests.

Customers may purchase Unlimited Wash Club memberships online at
folsomglenncarwash.com. These transactions generate a confirmation email
automatically. Memberships are active immediately following purchase, regardless of when the member visits for the first wash redemption.
The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts. Folsom Glenn Car Wash & Auto Lube reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure. 

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services and close your
account.

are committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable laws regarding SMS and email marketing. This policy outlines our practices for sending promotional messages.

We will only send SMS or email marketing messages to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive such communications. This consent may be obtained through opt-in forms on our website, mobile applications, or other means.
